OUR FUNCTIONAL FITNESS SESSIONS DURING THE WEEK ARE in small groups SO YOUR WORKOUTS ARE dynamic and fun whilst still allowing for an individual and personal experience. THESE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO introduce MEASURABLE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, ALL WHILST LEARNING NEW SKILLS, IMPROVING YOUR MOVEMENT PATTERNS AND MOBILITY.
WE ARE VERY MUCH COMMUNITY FOCUSED WHICH provides the PERFECT environment to have fun, LAUGH LOTS ALL whilst progressing. WHILST OUR COACHES make sure you get the individual attention you need to PROGRESS AND ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.
Our big SATURDAY session takes place at bawsey, get us our in the fresh air, with MORE OF A conditioning-bias, the perfect start to the weekend.
